We can provide you with the essential questions you need answered to ensure you receive the best treatments possible.
Our detailed website, informational emails, and comprehensive consultations with an experienced technician over the phone and in office give you the confidence you need to feel you’re making the very best choice with Permanent Choice.

Your First Visit
All Permanent Choice locations see clients by appointment. If you need to schedule an appointment, please contact us at 952-898-1111.
Please arrive fifteen minutes prior to your appointment to fill out our consent forms. Another option is to have the forms emailed to you to print and complete at home, then bring with to your appointment. Please review Covid-19 Policies page before arriving.
Due to the nature of our services, children are not allowed in the treatment room and must be accompanied by an adult at all times in our lobby.
After receiving our treatment information and pricing, most clients are ready to begin sessions. If you think you are ready to begin treatments, you have the option to schedule your initial consult in-office with a possibility of treatment. Your personal consultation will be performed by a highly-trained specialist with no pressure or obligation. Appointment duration vary based on client and areas receiving treatment. When scheduling we can provide an estimate for the amount of time needed to complete your session.
It is important that you come prepared to each of your sessions to receive the best treatment and results possible. All clients are required to read our Pre & Post Care Instructions prior to the scheduled appointment. For laser hair removal treatments, we ask you to shave the areas either the night before. Please leave a small patch of hair for your treatment evaluation and pre-treatment photo. Your skin must be its natural skin tone for every session; no sun, no tanning beds, and no self-tanners. Skin must be clean with no lotions, makeup or deodorant applied to the treatment area.
Permanent Choice sees clients only by appointment. If you need to schedule an appointment, please contact our central scheduling line at 952-898-1111.
All scheduled appointments at Permanent Choice including our free consultation require a credit card or debit card to hold an appointment time. If you need to cancel or change the date of the appointment we require a 24-hour notice. If an appointment is cancelled, rescheduled, or missed with less than a 24-hour notice a minimum fee of $25 will be charged to the card on file. All appointments must be cancelled over the phone.
If you think you will not be able to arrive on time to your appointment, please call us as soon as you are aware you may not arrive at your scheduled appointment time. Our technicians will do their best to serve you while respecting the clients to follow and their reserved appointment times. If you arrive late to your appointment and there is not enough time to see you the cancellation/missed appointment fee will be charged to your card on file.

Permanent Choice is not able to process insurance claims for any medical insurance carrier. If you have a diagnosis from your primary physician and hair removal is deemed medically necessary, we are able to assist in filling out and submitting the required pre-authorization forms. Clients pay for services received at their appointments. If your insurance company allows you to be directly reimbursed, we can provide itemized receipts for your services received at Permanent Choice.
