MEET CHEYANNE!
With a background in Esthetics and Cosmetology Cheyanne has always had a passion for helping people feel their most confident. As a full-body wax specialist, she learned how life-changing hair removal can be for her clients and decided to begin a career in permanent hair removal to give her clients a more permanent and cost-effective form of hair removal. Cheyanne has a particular interest in permanent hair removal on the face, with an emphasis on eyebrow shaping utilizing electrolysis.
She loves everything about beauty and enjoys hairstyling, makeup artistry, and nail art in her free time.

MEET EMILY!
After working in the cosmetology field for 11 years Emily made the move to focus on permanent hair removal, attending the Med Spa Institute of America's Laser Technician course and earning the first Student of the Month award for her program. Helping clients remove their unwanted body hair so they can feel comfortable and confident in their skin is Emily's favorite aspect of working in this field.
During her leisure hours, Emily enjoys delving into books, exploring new music, renovating her new home, and, above all, cherishing moments with her beloved dog, Gertrude.

After seeing the transformative effects of permanent hair removal as a client, Tracy joined the Permanent Choice team and helped change the lives of hundreds. Tracy is not only highly skilled in permanent hair removal but also highly adept at creating a comfortable and friendly environment for her clients.

Our Minneapolis office is located in the Medical Arts building located on Nicollet Mall and S 9th St and has entrance doors on both 9th and Nicollet Mall. Our Suite is unit 1230 which can be found on the 12th floor directly off the elevator lobby.
Our office door remains locked at all times for the safety of our technicians and clients. There is a keypad on the door which clients use to unlock the door to the office. This code is given to clients via the phone or through an email which is sent after your appointment is booked. If your technician is not at the desk waiting for you please take a seat in our waiting area and they will be with you shortly. Skyways:
The Medical Arts Building is a part of the Skyway system and adheres to Skyway operations hours and rules. Please check Skyway hours to ensure you can access the buildings needed to travel.
Parking:
There are a few options for parking:
-Metro Ramp off 9th (directly after the Hell’s Kitchen sign)
-Metered and non-metered street parking available on S 9th St as well as S Marquette Ave.
-Marq 9 Lot An Outdoor parking lot on the corner of S 9th St and S Marquette Ave.
-Target Parking lot When you spend $20 or more at Target your first hour of parking is free. Through the Skyway system, you can access the Medical Art Building from the Target building.
Saturday Clients:
We offer appointments every Saturday from 9:00 am - 3:00 pm.
All persons entering the Medical Arts Building on Saturdays will need to sign in and out with security.
After 1:00 pm all entrance doors to the building are locked and all persons entering the building will need to enter through the S 9th St entrance by ringing the doorbell and having security let them in.
(The doorbell is a cream color and is located on the left side of the entranceway along the door seam)
