She is passionate about building high-performing teams, creating exceptional client experiences, and ensuring every clinic delivers the highest standard of care.

With almost a decade in the esthetics industry, Gillian brings extensive leadership and clinical expertise to the organization. She is an Advanced Practice Esthetician, Certified Laser Professional, Laser Safety Officer, and experienced educator. Throughout her career, she has held leadership positions in operations, education, and clinical training, mentoring estheticians while developing standardized training programs and operational processes that support both team success and exceptional client outcomes.

Gillian’s passion for permanent hair removal comes from seeing the life-changing confidence it brings to clients. She believes that exceptional results are achieved through a combination of advanced technology, evidence-based education, and genuine client care. Her commitment to excellence has helped shape the training, operational standards, and client experience across the Permanent Choice organization.

Outside of work, Gillian enjoys spending time with her husband and their 4 pets, discovering new coffee shops, going to concerts, and staying at the forefront of advancements in esthetics, laser technology, and clinical education.
