Nicolle brings over 11 years of experience in the hair removal industry and holds advanced certifications including AP Medical Esthetics, AP Aesthetics, Certified Laser Technician, and Laser Safety Officer. With a Bachelor’s in Fine Arts from the College of Visual Arts and additional training from the Aveda Institute and New Look Laser College, Nicolle combines precision with a creative touch. She’s passionate about helping clients feel more confident in their skin and values the connections she builds through each appointment—often describing them as mini therapy sessions filled with stories and shared life experiences.

Outside of work, Nicolle enjoys crocheting (a skill she’s honed since childhood thanks to her grandmother), attending rock concerts, and reading. She’s a self-proclaimed iced coffee loyalist—Starbucks preferred—and finds joy in both quiet mornings with a book and lively nights at live music events.
