This feature allows you to easily schedule and manage your appointments at your convenience, providing a streamlined and accessible experience as you continue your journey with Permanent Choice.
Permanent Choice does request all clients update their medical forms with us prior to their next appointment. Links to electronically fill out these forms will be sent to you within the next week or so.
